Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

BdfdAPI is operated by Cenzo (cenzo.business@gmail.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our API at bdfdapi.xyz.

2. What We Do Not Store

• Discord message content submitted to any endpoint
• Channel IDs, server IDs, or user IDs beyond the current request lifecycle
• Bot tokens — they are used only to fetch data and immediately discarded
• Any data for the purposes of machine learning, advertising, or resale

3. What We Do Store

The following is stored to operate the Service:

• Transcripts — generated HTML is stored in KV under a random UUID and accessible via /api/t/[id]. No hard expiry is set, but old transcripts may be pruned.
• Rate limit keys — IP and guild IDs are stored in KV for 5 seconds to enforce rate limits.
• Usage counter — a global request count is incremented per endpoint call. No user data is attached to this counter.

4. Discord Webhook Logging

When the transcript endpoint is called, a summary is posted to a private Discord webhook. This summary includes: the bot username and ID, server name and ID, channel name, ticket ID (if provided), and the transcript link. It does not include message content, user IDs from the transcript, or your bot token.

5. Cookies & Tracking

The API does not use cookies. This website does not use analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or any third-party behavioral tracking. No fingerprinting is performed.

6. Third-Party Services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may collect limited data per their own Privacy Policy. No other third-party services are used on this website.

7. Discord's Role

BdfdAPI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Discord Inc. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the API complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

8. Security

All API communication is encrypted over HTTPS. We do not accept unencrypted HTTP connections. Since we do not store message content, there is no database containing your Discord data to breach.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
