Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Transcript API is operated by Cenzo (cenzo.business@gmail.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our API service at ulquiorracifer.xyz.

2. Data We Do NOT Store

We want to be explicit about what we do not do:

• We do not store Discord message content submitted to the API
• We do not store channel IDs, server IDs, or user IDs beyond the current request lifecycle
• We do not retain transcript output after it has been returned in the API response
• We do not sell, share, or monetize any data submitted to the API
• We do not use submitted data for training machine learning models

3. Data We Do Collect

To operate and maintain a reliable service, we may collect the following operational metadata:

• Request timestamps — when a request was made, for rate limiting and debugging
• IP addresses — for abuse prevention and rate limit enforcement, not linked to content
• Error logs — stack traces and error codes when the API fails, containing no user data
• API key usage metrics — request counts per key for billing and quota purposes

This data is retained for up to 30 days and is not shared with third parties.

4. How Transcript Processing Works

When you make a request to the Transcript API:

• Your Discord data is received, processed in memory, and the transcript is generated
• The transcript is returned in the HTTP response
• The input data and output are immediately discarded from memory
• No database write occurs for your message content at any point

5. Cookies & Tracking

The Transcript API (the HTTP API itself) does not use cookies. The marketing website (ulquiorracifer.xyz) does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or any third-party tracking services. No fingerprinting or behavioral tracking is performed.

6. Third-Party Services

The website uses Google Fonts for typography. Google may collect limited data per their own Privacy Policy. No other third-party services are used on this website.

7. Discord's Role

Transcript API is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Discord Inc. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the API complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including obtaining appropriate permissions from server members before archiving message content.

8. Data Security

All API communication is encrypted over HTTPS/TLS. We do not accept unencrypted HTTP connections. Since we do not store your data, there is no database to breach containing your message content.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not store personal data or message content, there is typically nothing to delete or export. For operational data (IP logs, API key usage), you may request deletion by contacting us. We will process such requests within 14 days.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
